Payment Policy and Rules  

 

 

  • The rule of fees to be paid has been put at the fee counter. Admission fees is to be paid within 3 days granting admission

 

  • Before paying the fees, the ADMISSION FORM has to be filled in. Admission form can be obtained from the office by producing the registration slip after confirmation of written test results

 

  • Submission of Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/ Local Bodies as applicable along with the Admission Form is mandatory for Classes LKG,UKG,Std.I to Std. XII., original School Leaving Certificate must be attached with Admission Form. The school leaving certificates from school outside Uttar Pardesh should be counter signed by D.E.O/ concerned CBSE regional officer', Asst. Comissioner of the KVs, The Deputy Director, Navodaya Samiti. 'Attested Copy' or such other certified copies of the Birth Certificate/ Leaving Certificate will not be accepted. No further enquiry or request on this matter shall be appreciated. (Any failure to pay the fees by due date shall automatically cancel the admission. No request regarding submission of fees after due date shall be entertained

 

  • Admission Fees in cash shall be accepted. School Office shall remain closed on all Sundays, Public Holidays and on 2nd Saturdats. Fees shall be accepted from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on all working days. (i.e. Monday to Friday)
  • Last date of payment of fees is 15th of every Quater. If 15th is a holiday, 16th shall be last date for payment of fees. Thereafter it can be paid next month with a fine of Rs. 50/- per month with cumulative effect. No fees will be collected after 15th of every Quater.
